Some malls are 5 to 15km away from residential areas and this is because they built in areas that are busy and that have a lot of businesses surrounding it which makes it easier for a consumer to run errands. Where you decide to open your shop then it is best to provide products or services that are in demand and it will make it more profitable you as a retailer.
